Meet the Chef
Chef Joseph Jacobsen, a Toledo native, is a graduate of the World Renowned French Culinary Institute in the SoHo district of New York City.
Chef Joseph worked and trained alongside some of the top Chefs in the country, including Bobby Flay and Jacque Pepin. Accomplishing over 3000 hours in classic culinary arts training, his specialties include French and New American Cuisine that he has lovingly crafted into our new Fall/Winter Menu.

We had, hands down, the BEST scallops ever last week at Degage. The pizzas are also a favorite, but we have had only good experiences with everything on the menu. The Chef is a true gift to our small town. Maureen, the manager, has done wonders with this small, quaint restaurant. We like the patio, but have enjoyed the jazz indoors as well. It is as close as you can get to sitting on the river for dinner.

Redwells & Degage team up for Sunday Brunch every Sunday from 10am-2pm with all you can eat Redwells, made to order eggs, house cured bacon, sausage, french toast, house-cured bacon, salad bar, full dessert table made in our in house pastry kitchen....we have it all!!
